Bryony Matthews Founder, Iron Out
I work with organisations operating in complex, safety-critical environments where decisions need to stand up to scrutiny, not just technically, but over time.
My role is not to provide answers on demand, but to support clearer judgement by making expectations visible, assumptions explicit, and positions easier to hold with confidence.

The Iron Out approach
Iron Out emerged from recognising a recurring challenge across the sector: not a lack of expertise, but the increasing difficulty of maintaining shared visibility and confidence in interpretation as complexity grows.
The Iron Out approach is deliberately independent and impartial. It is designed to support trust internally and externally, through being current, considered, and credible.
Background & contribution
My background spans over 15 years in the architectural ironmongery and door hardware sector, across design and specification, project co-ordination, operational, and quality assurance-focused roles.
Alongside consultancy work, I regularly contribute to industry dialogue through speaking and panel participation at sector events.
